New Orleans Pasta Sauce Melt 2 tablespoons of butter or margarine. Add 1cup water, New Orleans Pasta Sauce and stir well. Cook for 10 minutes. Add 1 cup cream, or half and half, or whole milk and cook on low heat for another 10 minutes. Serve with cooked pasta.
Tomato Pasta Sauce Mix 2 tablespoons of butter or margarine. Add one 14-16 oz can of stewed tomatoes, ½ cup of water and entire contents of New Orleans Creole Pasta Sauce Seasoning Blend. Mix well. Simmer over very low heat for 15-20 minutes. Serve with cooked pasta. Hints: If desired, sauce can be used with ¼ to 1 lb. of cooked ground meat, chicken, and seafood.
