Mam Papaul’s Jambalaya Mix

We owe this wonderfully delicious dish to the Spanish who settled in Louisiana in the 1800s. Traditional long grain rice is cooked with a combination of meats and seafood and just a hint of tomato sauce to bring out the flavor of a truly cosmopolitan dish.
